概 要 持 続性 低補体 を示 し,腎 生検 に て診断 された膜性 増殖性 糸球体 腎 炎3例 につい て,長 期 経 過 を観 察 し得,補 体活性 化 の面 よ り検討 し,興 味あ る事実 を認 めた.3例 の内1例 は,尿 所 見 異常 は軽度 の ままで低補 体 は必ず しも疾 患の活動性 と一 致 しない ことが考 え られた.血 清C3 値 は全例 著明 な低値 を認 め てい るが,他 の成 分 の変動 はそ れぞれ異 なる傾 向 を示 していた.C3 分 解因子 は3例 すべ てに認 め られ,C3NeFは1例 のみ に認 め られ,他 の2例 はC3NeFと は異 な る補 体活 性化 因子 と考 え られた.MPGNに お ける低補体 の原 因 は一 元 的 にC3NeFに よ る とは 考 えられず,多 様 な機序 の存在 が示唆 され た. 〔日内会誌 7...
